Before you begin the registration process, please print the Policies and Procedures, Tax Information, Itemization of Expenses, Story Card, and Gift Certificates forms below. Remember to bring all forms with you on Decorating Day, November 28, 2011.
After printing the forms below, complete the registration form and click SUBMIT. You will receive an email confirming your registration.
