Important Information Before You Register:

You must carefully and completely enter all information into the required fields in the registration form before it will allow you to submit. If you do not complete a required field, you will have to begin the registration process again. Please take your time and take note of required fields. In addition, please make every effort to gather necessary information to complete this form (donor addresses, name of your Gingerbread, etc.)

Sign Information:

The information for the sign will be placed by your gingerbread creation. Accuracy is essential! Signs will be printed prior to Decorating Day; therefore, it is important you confirm participants and the spelling of their names. You may list up to three decorators and donors. Organizations or group names are encouraged instead of individuals.

SIZE State Dimensions: Base is _______ inches long and _________ inches wide. (Minimum base size: 15" x 15", Maximum base size: 30" x 30", Maximum height: 36", Maximum weight: 50 lbs. Remember, these houses will be taken to their new homes in cars. Please put your display on a thin piece of wood or very sturdy cardboard.
