Welcome to our Quilt Block Online Registration. Before you begin the registration process, please print the Policies and Procedures, Tax Information, Itemization of Expenses, Story Card, and Gift Certificate forms below. Remember to bring all forms with you when you turn in your quilt to the Festival of Trees.
After you have printed the forms below, complete the registration form and click SUBMIT. You will receive an email confirming your registration.
